Fitness in the City

Prepare to endure a 90 minute total body workout sure to burn over 1,000 calories and is suite to house over 300 workout enthusiasts of all fitness levels! With more than 5 large circuit training stations equipped with suspension training bands, over 200 Thera bands, combat ropes and much more! We will offer over 40 group exercise classes a month. The main amphitheater area will be where our total body endurance and suspension training will take place. One could expect high rep functional body weight movements that will touch every major muscle from head to toe. The suspension training will be circuited in with this station. Bungee Bootcamp and Personal training is focused around what your goals and needs are. Notes on Online BMI Calculator Accuracy

An online BMI calculator can be inaccurate and misleading. Generic BMI calculators do not take into account body composition, or muscle and fat ratios. So a person with an above average amount of muscle is likely to be healthier, but because muscle weighs more than fat, the equation simply interprets the added weight as fat and overestimates obesity. If you receive a result that is inconsistent with where you feel your overall health is, consult your physician for a more thorough and individualized test.
