MySuccessWorks.com is a MOTIVATION site, we help people get into better shape by being more physically active.  We help with goal setting, provide knowledge & useable information, and encouragement.

If we offer a movie ticket for a short walk, would you put on your shoes and go?  If you could try out a gym or activity with a friend free – would you go?  If you learned how to grocery shop, or cook, or eat out healthier by making just a few small changes – would you try?
 

And that’s the idea behind MySuccessWorks.com. Learn what changes can make big differences, participate in new and old activities then log your active minutes to earn free rewards from local merchants as you accumulate time.
 

  • - Join with or make new friends and attend free or discounted classes and events.
  • - Attend a lunch or after-work speaker or workshop.
  • - Meetup with us for a hike or bike ride at a local park or trail.
  • - Meet at a grocery store for a healthy foods tour or attend a nutrition q & a.

How our weight loss challenge works:

  1. Register online or at any participating location
  2. You’ll receive an email that will explain the details – basically a tutorial
  3. Every week there are events or classes that you and your friends can attend around town. These may be walks, gym classes, speakers, assessments – not just at our weigh-in locations but also with many other local gyms, trainers and coaches.
  4. Use our online tools to figure your basic daily calorie needs
  5. Explore our links to helpful, professional, free websites; like the Mayo clinic and the National Institute of Health
  6. Sign up for daily tweets – if you’d like 3 or 4 timely weight loss tips and techniques throughout the challenge
  7. Read our weekly newsletter with invitations to next week’s events and pictures from last week’s.

Samplit - a way to try out different products, services or gyms without the high-pressure sales tactics or obligations.

We also have Samplits – if your schedule is too tight to attend one of the events then use one our sampling coupons to visit the gym, rec center, coach, specialist etc.

What makes this different is – NO HARD SELL – all our facilities agree to let you explore their services and won’t require your contact information.

You may have to sign a liability waiver – your name and signature, but they won’t follow up with you, unless you ask them too.

So try out classes, trainers, facilities and services until you find something that you enjoy – or an expert who understands you.

Exercise is any activity that gets your heart pumping – for some that’s

  • walking up or down stairs at home - or
  • a walk around the neighborhood
  • Attending one of our fitness events
  • Playing catch with the dog
  • Taking the kids to the park – and riding the swings with them

Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore.
